# How long will videos appear on the front-end after uploading?

After uploading a video, it takes some time for the conversion process to achieve the best viewing experience. 
Teachify strives to upload all videos for each academy within 1-2 days, but sometimes, if there are hundreds of videos being converted simultaneously in the backend, there may be a waiting queue. Please be patient in such cases.

⚠️ Please do not close the window before the progress bar reaches 100%.

Once the video is uploaded, you will see it label as **"Wait encoding"**, and the front-end will not be able to display the video yet.

When it shows **"Encoded"**, the video is ready to be viewed on the front-end.
After the conversion is complete, you will also receive a "Video conversion completed" notification via email.

* If the course is not a pre-order, and you want students to be able to watch the video as soon as the course is launched, it is recommended to **reserve at least one week** for video uploading and conversion before the course launch.

* If you are an enterprise user and need to transfer platforms or upload hundreds or thousands of videos, please contact our customer success manager for assistance.
