How to add a memo to an order?
- Go to the Teachify dashboard and get into
Sales
backend. Click on theTransaction ID
orName
.
- Enter the order detail page, and in the lower right corner, you can see the
Remark
field.
Enter the information you want to annotate and clickUpdate
to complete.
- After adding the memo, you can also see this information in the exported table of the order!
