# 學員已在別處付款，我該如何幫學員開通課程？

如果你原本已在其他平台經營線上課程，現在想轉移到 Teachify 系統；

或者先前已在其他平台完成收費，那該如何讓這些學員繼續觀看課程呢？

Teachify 後台有提供手動匯入名單的功能，你只需要將名單（ **包含學員的名字和 Email**）匯入相對應的課程，系統會自動發送通知信給學員。

**學員按照信中的指示操作後，即可免費登入並觀看課程。**

# 如何匯入學員名單？

1. 請到 Teachify 課程管理後台 ，選擇要匯入名單的「付費課程」。

|| ⚠️ 請注意，免費課程／名單磁鐵，是無法進行匯入動作的哦！

2. 課程的後台，點擊左側選單中的「學員列表」，應可看到右上方有個「單筆匯入」跟「批次匯入」按鈕。

如只有新增個別學員，可直接利用「 **單筆匯入**」快速加上；

如有大批名單要匯入，可選擇「 **批次匯入**」。

| 批次匯入「請一定要」按照後台提供的 CSV 範例檔案格式 進行操作。

3. 被加入的學員，將會收到課程加入通知信，啟動或登入帳號，即可看到課程。
