# 學員忘記密碼該怎麼辦？我該如何協助他？

|| 🔒**請注意：密碼重設連結的有效時間為 6 小時。若連結逾時未完成修改，需請消費者重新取得連結。**


1. 請學員到你的網站登入頁面，在左下方應可看到「 **忘記密碼？**」。

2. 點選「忘記密碼？」可看到以下頁面，填寫註冊或購買時的電子信箱，點擊「 **傳送重設連結**」按鈕。

3. 如有正確填寫，系統會自動寄出一封「**重設密碼驗證信**」到學員的信箱。

▼ 學員會看到畫面如以下提示。

4. 於此同時，學員會收到一封重設密碼的信件。

📩 信件主旨名：《學院名稱 - 重設密碼》，請跟著提示，點選「 **重新設置密碼**」按鈕即可。

5. 點擊信件中的「**重新設置密碼**」按鈕，會進入密碼修改頁面，照步驟操作設定即可完成。

# 如果學員說沒有收到重設密碼信 

1. 有的時候，信件可能會跑到促銷信件 / 最新快訊 / 垃圾資料夾，請學員可先以你的「**網站名稱**」或是「**重設密碼**」作為搜尋關鍵字，到信箱搜尋看看。

2. 你也可以到學員資訊頁面看看「**信件紀錄**」，確認一下信件的發送狀態。

3. 如果學員遲遲沒有收到信件，但後台顯示信件狀態為「**已送達**」，請開啟後台授權協助，並聯繫客服提供學員的 Email，我們會再進一步協助確認。
