# 學員要如何參加你的直播活動？

在 Teachify 建立了你的直播活動後，要怎麼讓學員參加呢？

# 情境 1  ╴學員主動購買／領取票卷

1. 學員可在活動頁面點選「立即購票」。

2. 學員可選擇先登入/註冊再購買票卷，或直接購買（之後會成為學院會員）。

3. 學員輸入完資料，按下「確認送出」，會進入到讓學員結帳的金流頁面。

結帳完成會到以下畫面：

# 情境 2  ╴在學院後台進行匯入

若你已有一批名單（Email + 學員名稱），你可以直接將學員加入活動名單中：

1. 在活動頁面的「參加名單」有「匯入學員」按鈕：

2. 點選後可進入批次匯入的操作頁面，下載範例檔案（.csv）並照著填入學員資訊，上傳、點選「匯入」後便能加入。

貼心提醒：記得檔案編輯完要存成 .csv 檔才能順利上傳哦！

# 學員會收到的自動通知信

學員完成活動報名（購票），或由學院匯入名單成功後，

1.  學員會收到系統自動發送的通知信。
    
2.  活動開始前 60 分鐘，學員會收到「活動即將開始」的提醒信。
    

（目前活動通知信還不能自訂內容，Teachify 團隊努力開發中。）

### 「活動報名成功」通知信：

若學員是學院的新學員，通知信也會提醒學員啟用帳號、設定密碼。

當學員登入學院後， **點擊頭像** ，他會在「 **我的活動** 」，看到自己報名的直播課。

### 「活動即將開始」提醒信

活動前 60 分鐘，系統會自動發信提醒活動報名者，請他們注意活動即將開始。
