# 如何確認學員分期付款是否有成功？

有時學員會主動詢問：「我選擇信用卡分期付款有成功嗎？」

本篇教學會帶你快速了解兩個常用的查詢方式，方便你在遇到學員詢問時，能夠快速確認並回覆。

# 1️⃣訂單頁面確認

請到 Teachify 學院後台 ⭢ 財務 ⭢ **訂單**，點擊訂單編號，進入個別訂單頁面。

如果有成功分期，你應該會在訂單資訊欄位，看到「 **分期期數** 」（如：3、6 ...）。

# 2️⃣ 訂單匯出

當匯出訂單時，你也可以在試算表中看到信用卡分期（Number of installments）欄位，確認分期期數。
