# 如何手動移除學員的課程觀看權限？

一般情況來說，當你在 Teachify 訂單後台點擊「退款」按鈕，學員的課程觀看資格就會自動被移除。

但有時候，你可能會遇到一些特殊情況，需要取消某位學員的觀看權限，但又不打算退費。

這份教學將帶你一步步操作，教你如何在不退費的情況下，手動將某位學員的觀看權限移除。

1. 請先到該門「課程」的管理後台，點擊左側選單的「學員列表」，用搜尋姓名或 Email 的方式，找到想要移除的學員。

2. 找到想要移除的學員後，點擊「 **藍字**」名字，右側會滑出學員基本資訊，點擊「查看↗」，即可進入學員個人頁面。

3. 進入學員個人頁面，在「課程資訊處」，會看到該學員有參與的所有課程，最右邊，應可看到一個「刪除」小 icon。

4. 點一下「刪除」icon，即可移除學員該堂課程的觀看權限，因無法復原，請小心操作。
