# 如何讓學員結帳時，填寫電話、地址欄位？

一般學員購買線上課程，只需要填寫姓名跟 E-mail ，但如果你希望留下更多聯絡資訊，比如有實體講義、教材或是小禮物要寄送，在購買環節中，同時取得學員的電話跟地址，就顯得格外重要。

以下我們就來告訴大家，該如何在結帳欄位加上電話跟地址欄位。

1. 請先到 Teachify 學院後台，點選左側選單中的「 **設定**」，進入頁面後，可看到「 **結帳表單選項**」。

2. 點選「 **結帳表單選項**」即可看到「 **郵寄地址** 」跟「 **聯絡電話**」選項，你可以選擇必填、選填或是隱藏。

* 如果聯絡電話選擇「 必填 」，即學員在結帳頁面中，一定要填寫電話，才能順利完成金流交易；

* 選擇「 選填」，即該欄位會出現在結帳頁面，學員即使沒有填寫，還是能順利結帳；

* 如果你不想要該欄位出現，選擇「 隱藏 」即可。



3. 學員到結帳頁面時，就可看到聯絡電話跟寄送地址欄位。
