# 如何開啟課前留言／課程留言板？

「課前留言」功能讓潛在學員在購買前直接提問，網站管理者也可以即時回覆。

留言內容會顯示在課程銷售頁，讓其他潛在消費者也能參考，有助於降低疑慮、提升購買意願。

# 操作步驟

1. 請進入 Teachify 網站管理後台，點選想要開啟課前留言的課程。

2. 進入課程管理頁面後，點擊左側的「 **課程資訊**」。

3. 進入課程資訊頁面，點擊「**進階**」頁籤。

4. 請將頁面滑到最下方，找到「**開啟課前留言**」選項，將預設的「否」改為「是」，再點選「**更新課程**」。

5. 設定完成後，課程銷售頁面最下方會出現課前問答留言板。登入的訪客即可開始留言。

## 補充說明

**學員留言後**，可自行編輯或刪除自己的留言。

**講師登入後**，可以回覆學員的問題，也可以刪除不當或廣告留言。
