# 訂單報表上的「建立時間」跟「付款時間」差別在哪裡？

當你將訂單匯出後，會在表單中看到兩個欄位：「建立時間（Creation time）」與「付款時間（Payment time）」。

這兩個時間代表的意義不太一樣：

# 建立時間

建立時間指的是，學員點擊「 **立即購買**」按鈕，並進入金流付款頁的當下，無論是否完成付款，系統都會自動建立一筆訂單。

因此，就算學員只是進到付款頁後沒有完成交易，也會產生建立時間。

# 付款時間

付款時間則代表學員「 **實際完成付款** 」的時間。

* 通常使用信用卡的話，付款時間只會跟建立時間差個幾秒；

* 但若是選擇「 **超商繳費** 」或「 **ATM 匯款**」，付款與建立之間，可能會有一段時間落差。

舉例來說：

學員在 5/1 點擊購買並進入付款頁，這時訂單就會建立，建立時間是 5/1；
但他選擇超商付款，直到 5/2 才去繳款，那這筆訂單的付款時間就會顯示為 5/2。
