# 如何幫學員修改、更換 Email 帳號？

如果學員在你的學院，原本只有「一個」會員帳號，但他想要更改為另一個新的 Email 帳號（⚠️ **請注意，這裡所說的新的，必須是未註冊過你學院的 Email 帳號**）， 此時，就會需要使用「更換電子郵件」的方式。

1. 請到 Teachify 學院後台 ⭢ 使用者 ⭢ 學員，用搜尋名字、電子信箱的方式，找到想要更換 Email 帳號的學員。

找到學員後，請點擊「他的名稱（藍字）」，即可進入學員個人資訊頁面。

2. 進入學員個人資訊頁面後，你會在右上角看到「✏️ **編輯**」按鈕。

3. 點擊「編輯」按鈕，右側會滑出學員資訊欄，你將會看到「電子信箱」欄位，請將新的 Email 取代舊的 Email，點擊「更新」即可。

4. 當你更新完 Email 後，你會發現學員的個人資訊頁面，姓名旁邊的提示，從「已驗證」綠色標籤，變成「尚未驗證」黃色標籤。

在此同時，學員新的信箱，會收到系統自動發送的「驗證電子信箱通知信」，若要使 Email 變更生效，必須請學員去他新的信箱，收信重新做帳號驗證。

5. 當學員點選信件「驗證 Email 」按鈕，會看到「Email 驗證成功」畫面，回到學院首頁、重新登入即可。

6. **系統預設新帳號的密碼，跟先前舊帳號是一樣的。**

如果學員忘記原來的密碼，可在登入時，使用「忘記密碼」功能，寄發密碼重設驗證信，重新點選連結、設定密碼。

7. 如果學員反應遲遲沒有收到驗證信，你可以請他先去「垃圾郵件」資料夾找尋看看。

如真的找不到，你可以從後台點擊「重新發送」深灰色按鈕，或是直接複製「驗證連結」提供給學員，讓他點擊確認。
