# 學院管理者如何從 Teachify 後台查看團購狀況？

|| Teachify 團購方案功能已於 2024 年 3 月暫時下架，新用戶看不到此功能，唯舊用戶可繼續使用。

當你想了解大家團購的狀況，請點擊屬於團購的單筆訂單編號。

如果該筆訂單屬於團購方案，下方就會出現「團購資訊」，包含團購截止日期、團購連結、團購狀態以及參與團購的成員，也會標示出「開團者（主揪）」是誰。

如果達到團購設定人數，即會顯示「 **團購成功** 」。

如果在團購截止前，都沒有辦法找到湊團的人，或是跟團者忘記繳款，該團購將會以「失敗」坐收，狀態顯示「 **團購失敗** 」，系統將會自動退費給已付款者。

### ⚠️小提醒

這邊需要提醒各位管理者，團購方案即 1 人（主揪）先前往課程銷售頁進行購買，其他人是透過他購買後， **信件收到的團購連結** 進行付款
→ 主揪者必須要把團購連結，另外提供給一起參與團購的夥伴。

如果學員各自表示，他們都有付款，但最後卻顯示團購失敗，極有可能是因為，他們分別前往銷售頁購買（ **判斷標準就是，後台都顯示「開團者」** ），這部分再麻煩大家多加留意。
