# Teachify 會員方案（訂閱制）扣款失敗說明

你如果有知識產品，希望能用週期性扣款，比如說：月訂閱／年訂閱方式，來跟學員收取固定費用，可以用 Teachify 會員方案功能來進行操作。 

訂閱制的運作邏輯為，當第一次扣款成功後，後續期數系統將會自動執行信用卡授權交易。

||| 但如果信用卡的卡號過期，或是信用卡額度不足等情形，都會導致信用卡扣款失敗。

當出現扣款失敗問題，系統會連 3 天嘗試進行扣款，並會分別通知學院跟學員方。

| 倘若學員遲遲沒有進行換卡動作，導致第 3 次嘗試扣款還是失敗，系統就不會再嘗試扣款，並直接將訂閱取消，學員將無法再觀看內容。所以，當你收到類似的訊息，請立即通知學員更換信用卡，才不會影響觀看權益哦！
