# 有後台使用問題想請 Teachify 團隊幫忙，如何開啟「授權協助」？ 

為確保 Teachify 使用者資料安全以及營運機密，Teachify 團隊在學院管理員未授權情況下，無法進入營運中的學院管理後台查看。

若你有遇到後台使用或設定問題，需要請 Teachify 團隊協助查看確認，請先幫我們開啟「 **授權協助**」。

1. 請到你的 Teachify 學院管理後台，在左側功能欄最下方，會看到你的管理帳號。點擊一下右側的「⋮」，即可看到「授權協助」。

2. 點擊「授權協助」進入頁面，可看到一個「 **同意授權**」的按鈕。

3. 請右滑開啟「同意授權」，如成功開啟，按鈕會顯示綠色。

若同意授權，即代表你同意 Teachify 團隊成員在接下來的 24 小時內，可以「管理員」的身份登入你的學院網站，協助你確認、排除操作上的問題。

24 小時後，授權即會自動解除。

4. 開啟授權後，請請點選右下角藍色 icon 跟我們聯絡，我們將盡快協助你！
