# 從 Teachify 後台幫學員進行退款，學員會收到哪些通知？

|| 進入 Teachify 訂單後台，按下「退款」鍵，系統就會自動進行退款動作，並將學員的看課權限移除，電子發票也會同步作廢。  
　  
註１：如果你是個人戶，後台未串接電子發票，可以直接忽略電子發票這個環節。

註２：如果學員是用 ATM 匯款，或超商代碼付款，費用需另外跟學員協調退還，點選「退款」只會作廢電子發票。

進行完退款動作，學員應該會 **馬上** 收到藍新及ezPay自動寄送的 **信件通知**。  
　  
■　學員會先收到一封藍新寄出的「 **信用卡取消授權結果通知書** 」，畫面如下▼

■　如果你的學院有串電子發票，學員也會收到 ezPay 自動寄送的「  **電子發票作廢通知** 」，畫面如下 ▼
