# 【Teachify x 自用金流用戶】如何將財政部正式配發的電子發票字軌，新增到 ezPay 電子發票加值服務平台？

||| 如你的 Teachify 學院是使用「自用金流」，若希望消費者購買完課程，信箱能夠立刻收到電子發票，你還必須要另外申請使用 「 [ezPay 電子發票](https://inv.ezpay.com.tw/)」加值服務平台。

這篇教學，我們將會教大家，電子發票字軌取號成功後，你該如何將字軌上傳到 ezPay 電子發票系統。

1. 當取號成功，財政部會寄給你一封「電子發票配號結果通知」，信件內有字軌名稱跟發票號碼。

2. 請先登入 [ezPay 電子發票加值服務平台](https://inv.ezpay.com.tw/main/Login_center/single_login)

點選左側選單「管理設定 ⭢ 發票字軌號碼設定」

3. 進入發票字軌號碼設定頁面後，請選擇發票字軌號碼年份、期別；

再依序輸入發票字軌、起迄號碼，發票類別選擇「一般稅額計算」，點選「新增字軌」按鈕即可。
